• Option to subscribe to a marketing list at the end of the survey

    Hi! We use customer voice extensively for collecting data from end consumers. Surveys are largely distributed through social media. We receive very good response through this channel from new and potential customers useful to the business. However, there is no way of tracking the respondents or capturing their consent for adding them to our database and including them in future communications. It would be great if we can use this opportunity to also provide a checkbox (similar subscription list functionality in the marketing forms). This way they can directly be added to subscription lists of their choice.
  • Possibility to embed Customer Voice survey (first few questions) in an email on Marketing email designer

    1. Add embed survey function on email designer 2. Make it possible for recipients to answer and submit survey responses without leaving the email. As of today, it's only possible to attach CV survey as link on the email editor and no option is available to embed the survey directly as part of the email. This is only possible when the survey is directly sent from customer voice (atleast it's possible to embed the first question). We send all our email from Dynamics Marketing and it would be really valuable if this survey embed function was also available in the email designer on Marketing, so that recipients can preview questions of the survey and moreover don't have to go to another page to complete it. This will have a huge positive effect on the response rate as it cuts out an additional step. Note: With the available embed function today, it is only possible to preview survey questions by embedding them in email. It is not possible for recipients to submit responses without being redirected to the CV survey page.
