• Dynamics app for Outlook to be able to work on a cross-tenant environment

    Currently Dynamics app does not support scenarios like the predecessor CRM COM Add-in did. Many organizations are setup as cross-tenant ones, so it would prove useful if this functionality is implemented on the app as well. Thank you.
  • Customer Voice to allow HTML tags on questions

    Currently it is not supported to add html tags on questions. Although in browser it does not appear to cause an issue, on iOS and Android devices tags are not readable.


    As an example a question can have information added as HTML content, this can greatly benefit users as they would be able to see more context of the survey question.

  • CI-Data's Power Query Snowflake connector to support OKTA authentication

    Hello all,

    We have been having discussions with Product Group - both CI and PQ teams as there is a request from Franklin Templeton on PQ connector improvement.

    The connector as of now supports connection with Snowflake DB but it can use AAD or Basic Authentication. To best fit the business requirement the connector should support the additional authentication layer - OKTA.

    Let us now if this request can be considered into the roadmap.

  • Export All button of the Response Report to be anonymized

    In the Reports section of Customer Voice, there is an 'Export All' button that will download an excel sheet will all customer data gathered when the surveys have been responded.


    Currently, there is no function available in Customer Voice to anonymize the data inside after a period of time.


    There are scenarios where customer data is gathered during initial survey but within a specified time it will be deleted - via a Flow in Dynamics, but this Export always keeps the data.


    Can we have an option to Delete the data for a single reply, but there is no button to bulk delete all replies. Can we add this function?
