Hello Colleagues, I have an idea regarding a standard question in Customer Voice that provides multi-choice options with the option when a specific answer is chosen, for example "None of these" other options greyed out or get locked. For example: What is your favorite Pizza? 1. Peperoni 2. Margarita 3. Vegetarian 4. Triple Cheese 5. None of these If you choose "5. None of these" other options greyed out (get locked) -
Auto populate fields for variables in the dialog box when sending survey from a custom entity in Dynamics 365

It should be possible to auto populate fields for the personalised variables defined in a survey in the dialog box when sending surveys from custom entities in Dynamics 365. This also applies for variables in system entities where only the Recipient, firstname and lastname are auto populated. It should be possible to configure mapping of fields from the form to the survey dialog box. -
Bulk deletion option in Customer Voice

We have received multiple queries about implementation of Bulk deletion option in the Customer Voice UI.
Such option is available in Dynamics CRM and it is very useful so you can delete and manage data which is not required.
We would like to have feedback if you have such idea to implement it in the future.

set up multiple privacy information links for customer voice surveys

At the moment it is possible to insert a single privacy information on the Portal Azure which, therefore, will be common to all customer voice surveys.
Givent that, the surveys are directed to different people with always different purposes, it would be useful to have the possibility to insert different privacy information according to the survey.

Customize Customer Voice Survey Unsubscribe Page

Toyota Motors Europe is currently using Customer Voice product to design and distribute the survey to their customers across different countries in Europe. Currently there is an option of personalizing surveys in customer voice by applying Toyota specific branding and theme but there is no option of applying Toyota branding, theme and fonts on unsubscribe page.
Customizing unsubscribe page will help Toyota in increasing customer experience and will help in achieving common theme from start to end of customer voice survey journey.
It will be nice to have this feature in upcoming customer voice release.
We have discussed this with MS team against ticket no - TrackingID#2304270050001695 and they suggested to post this here as an idea.

Be able to remove footer when embeding a form on a website

When embedding a form on a website, it is crusual to be able to remove the footer from the form. The whole idea of having a form embedded on a website is to make the form feel seamless integrated to the site and not just a form who is placed "on top" of the site. Shame that it is not possible to add screenshots of what I mean.

Customer Voice projects ownership change

The idea is for availability of Customer Voice projects ownership to be able to be transferred directly to another user. For now the workaround is to make a copy of the project. It will be more easy if there is an option "Transfer an ownership" for example and will reduce the cases for this topic.

Move Project To New Tenant

Allow the ability to move a Project to a new Office 365 Tenant. We recently went through major organization changes that forced a segment of our users to move to a new Office 365 tenant. All Customer Voice Projects were lost because projects do not migrate across tenants. We did move all Dynamics 365 data to the new tenant so the data exists in Dataverse, but sadly again Customer Voice cannot import from Dataverse.
