• In fiscal year not fully supported in elastic table

    I know the in fiscal year filter is not fully supported in elastic table as confirmed by the team.


    Such as, if we click filter by on the field and select FY2023, the records on the date 12/31/2023 were not get displayed on the view. Users have to use the Edit filter for workaround by select On After/Before.


    Consider there will be more request about this defect as it is affecting the user experience, could we get any fix date available for this issue?

  • Unable to change the owner of a project/survey in Customer Voice

    Dear team,


    Hope you are doing well!


    Please find my 2 ideas below for details, thanks!

    (1) We know there was a limitation on the product that users cannot change the owner for a project. It will cause many issues that if the owner left the company or went on leave, then it is impossible for other back up to manage the project anymore. Will there be a plan to work this out?


    (2) Cannot identify who is the owner of the survey, it is product design that users can cooperate within one project to design surveys. And if other users created surveys in a wrong project, then it is impossible for the manager to delete/remove the wrong surveys and it is messing the project. Hope this will get fixed in the future.

  • Legacy Advanced Find cannot select Queue items by type letters on keyboard.

    Dear team,


    Hope you are well!


    We have the Queue items dropdown list that named "Queues I'm a member of", sorry, I can't upload picture here. But the problem is users won't be able to type any letter on the keyboard to search the Queue item they looked for, and the only way is to browser the dropdown list.


    It is time consuming and frustrating users, we know it is also a legacy advanced find issue, but we do hope we could have this defect get fixed as it offers more efficient and convenient way for users to select Queue items.

  • Using dynamic text to display custom entities' values in email templates

    Hello Team,


    Hope you are good!


    There was an article out there on Internet that demonstrates the custom entities value can be displayed using dynamic text in email templates. Here "insightdynamics.wordpress.com/2017/01/27/email-templates-for-custom-entities-in-crm/", it was using the global templates to achieve it.


    Unfortunately, for now we can no longer to create the global type of email templates because it has been not supported. If you create a global template in legacy UI, then it is not true, it will turn to user/contact/lead templates after the creation.


    We do have the requirement to using dynamic text to display custom entities value in email templates. Please help us to confirm this feature, and to see if we could bring it back to the applications.

  • Allow users to create a project in a small unit that keeps the project confidential

    Dear Team,


    Hope you are doing good!


    To begin with, I would like to talk about the permissions for the OOB role for entity Project Approval in PO. It is by default that the Project Approval has a parent-child business, which means users in a child unit unable to see approvals for the parent unit.


    So, if we want to keep a project confidential, and only allow visibility to users within small child business unit, that is impossible though. Hence, we would like to know if there is any plan to optimize this in the future that allows users to keep a project in a secret unit to manage their own projects.

  • Respondent Details not updating when sending from RTM Journeys.

    Dear Team,


    Hope you are well.


    We do have the product limitation in the RealTime marketing where we embedded the Customer Voice survey to Email, and the Survey Respondent details, like contacts not updating and showing in the insights tab. Where in Outbound marketing, we can send a email with [Is Anonymous] unchecked, then we can see what contacts has responded to the surveys.


    It is a limitation, and even the team who maintain RTM mentioned there is no plan to migrate the feature in Outbound to Realtime.


    On the top of that, we do have a business scenario for below:


    We are getting a list of the responses in the export file as we would want to use the information either to update contacts in CRM in bulk with some of the information or to be used in a reporting table, so we are not after individual responses, but the bulk export. It looks like real time Marketing is not going to be able to provide this.


    Hope you could re-consider seeing if we could migrate this feature also in RMT.

  • generate usage report for single model driven apps

    In Power Platform admin center, under Analytics->Dataverse, where we can see the CRUD operations view.


    Ideally, we also want to see the same report for some model driven apps, and to monitor the usage of the app.

  • Option to display full text in the notification subject

    Sometimes we have in-app notification we can enable in the app settings.


    If the subject text is too long, it will end with ... instead of displaying it in a new line.


    I checked it is because of the CSS text-overflow: ellipses, and over-flow: hidden. This is not using the WebResource under solutions, it is hard coded stuff, we cannot change, so I am just wondered if it is possible to make the subject display fully,or change the CSS for the subject in the product.


    I can confirm that if I change text-overflow->unset, and over-flow: scroll, it can display full text by scrolling, but it is in my dev console.

  • Need to link dataverse tables to Frabric using private azure synapse link

    If we enabled [Block Public Internet Access] in Microsoft Frabric, and then link the dataverse tables to frabric using private link, it will fail even we have set up private endpoints and private link.


    We confirmed with PM of the team, this is due to feature not supported, but we hope it will come in a near future as many of developers have to give up on private link.
