Currently, the system allows employees to edit goals within completed reviews (the best example would be planning objectives task). However, it is not intended for these to be edited once the manager has completed the task.

The issue is as follows: while we can hide the Edit or Delete button using a security role (revoke permission), we still need to enable this button when the planning objectives review takes place.

This is one of the crucial pain of our customer who often has problems with it due to internal audit.

Proposal: Once the manager confirms the review and it transitions from the final review status to completed, the system should automatically restrict the editing or deletion of the confirmed goals within the designated task (in this instance, goal planning), but only for those goals that were defined within the approved review.

Additionally, it is important to highlight a potential abuse of existing functionality where the manager confirms all of the employee's goals, and subsequently, the employee is able to access Employee Self Service and modify their goals within the "planning objectives" task to their liking. This includes the ability to make substantial changes to the goals, such as altering the name, description, status, and other related details. This behavior is entirely unacceptable in terms of planning objectives and should be addressed accordingly.
