This should be implemented in the near future, because unlike the performance appraisal that is carried out once or twice a year, 360 measures the current level of engagement and commitment of the Team leader's direct and indirect reports.

This ability is very important with a Matrix structure in an organisation where an employee has a line manager but also a manager who is running a project that they are on. So we need the ability to have more than one manager provide feedback during a performance cycle.
