A solid improvement in the feedback area would be for users to be able to request a feedback from individual for another individual.

I totally agree we need this functionality, we got this zuestion a lot as well. On top it would be great to have this functionality from within Teams, so you can ask for feedback from Teams and it gets stored in the performance journal
