If there is a feedback required from another user (another hierarchy manager), it would be practical if they could contribute to the review content (adding comments for example).

when a line manager is on leave and delegates everything to another person(might not be in line’s hierarchy), this person will receive the review WF however they wouldn’t have access to take actions on the review which means:
- That the WF is stuck with the other person and can’t take actions.
- Review cycle might be over before the line manager gets back from the leave and this also means that review wasn’t completed although it was delegated so another person can action it before the end of cycle.

This is something that is very sorely needed for performance review moderation, where a group of managers will look at the performance reviews of the entire organization and then ensure that managers are consistently reviewing their employees. It's quite a common process in organizations with multiple locations or a high headcount.

I would like to ask you to give priority to that topic. We have sign-off feature which doesn't work at all (filled worker can not reach the review), so there is no possibility to include more managers to review. This is really confusing.

This is highly required for 360 degree evaluation process. Currently it is impossible to perform in Talent.
