Condition to auto-approve on all ESS workflows
The solution should provide functionality for a manager/HR to update an employee's skills, certificates, position of trust, and all other workflows in ESS, and for a condition to exist within a workflow for this to be auto-approved as per the leave and absence workflow.

Display Pay Rate in ESS
Please display Pay Rate on ESS to make it clear what the pay rate is, not just equivalent. This is especially relevant for employees paid Daily - this doesn't fit any equivalent which can be confusing. The field cannot be added via personalisation either.
