Employees and managers cannot see the attachments specified under jobs and course types. We would expect the next behavior: - When an attachment has been made in a job or a course type, the user should have the choice to let the employee or manager see it or not through his ESS or MSS. Currently we are able to attach things to course type and jobs but they are not visible through ESS - MSS.
