Please display Pay Rate on ESS to make it clear what the pay rate is, not just equivalent. This is especially relevant for employees paid Daily - this doesn't fit any equivalent which can be confusing. The field cannot be added via personalisation either.

If 'Daily' could be added to the conversion table that would also help.

This should apply to the information displayed in the Compensation tile. It says "Annual salary" which is not always applicable. It should be just Pay rate and ideally with the conversion information next to it.
