If a position reporting to a manager is vacant, it is displayed in the Open position list, but doesn't appear in the team view together with all the other workers reporting to the manager. If this manager wants to see who report to this vacant position, they cannot do it the same way as viewing reports of one of the people reporting to them who currently occupy a reporting position. If the vacant position could also exist as a tile stating the position is "Vacant" then manager would be able to drill into it to see people reporting to it. Thank you

This is a huge issue for us, as we've just discovered that our managers aren't able to see or action requests for any of their staff who report through to a vacant position.
