Integrate Titles in Synchronized Fields Dynamics-Outlook

Currently, the Title can not be selected as a synchronized field between Outlook - Dynamics. This is indeed a very relevant information for salutations etc and it always has to be consolidated manually between the systems. Would be very helpful to have this added to the selection.

Outlook plugin doesn't reload when using Up/Down arrow buttons

When I Open an email (Pop-out in it's own window) and I use the Up/Down Arrow buttons, then the outlook plug-in should not re-load each time I move to a new message. This seems to be an obvious product fault, but after speaking with support I am told to request this as a feature.

Outlook APP - Popup window "View in Dynamics" Minimize & Maximize button not available

Include on the popup window that is displayed after clicking on the "View in Dynamics" button on the Outlook APP for Dynamics the button Minimize and Maximize. That will facilitate a lot the interaction with this popup window, reducing also number of clicks.
