Whilst we can set the ability for any emails from Leads, Accounts or Contacts to track automatically, the opposite of sending an email from Outlook to say a contact in Dynamics 365 doesn't get tracked unless you 'manually' track the outgoing email activity.

It would make alot more sense to automatically track the email activity being sent from Outlook to that contact rather than relying on the user to manually track.
