The App for Outlook function is not working on devices with Chrome OS, such as Chromebooks.
Please add these devices/OS to the list where you can use Outlook tracking with the App for Outlook.
More and more companies use Chromebooks, but maybe still use D365.
You need to make sure that these companies have a smooth experience with this function enabled.
I have tried this with all browsers or PWA´s on a Chromebook but I always get the error message that the device is not functional.
