D365 CE Sent Items Should not end up under Queues

When a user triggered the "Reply all" and "Forward" action in an email linked to a queue in D365 CE, the sent items are sent back under the same queue thus creating duplicate record. Now that queue is specifically for Sales which creates orders in the system, so now it creates duplicate record...

Getting an error while navigating to records using lookup while working in Enhanced email form

Suffix for Tracking Token

Please add an editable Suffix for the Tracking Token to have Tokens like this: #(ABC:50030005)# Reason is to separate the token more from the subject. There are other ideas to have the token in front of the subject instead of at the end. That should be configurable.
