Problem Description:
When user cancel/complete the already synced meeting from D365,then meeting status changed to free in outlook. No cancellation is sent to attendees.
When user cancels already synced meeting from outlook then meeting remains scheduled in D365.

If user cancelling from outlook then it should sync to D365. Therefore, User has to approach system administrator to delete the meeting from D365.
