Some of our users, including myself, use OWA for emails instead of Outlook. We don't even have Outlook on our PCs. But when we click on an email in Dynamics, it tries to open the Outlook desktop program and this forces us to have to close dialog boxes as Dynamics tries to find Outlook. Rather, it would be nice to have Dynamics be configured to open OWA instead. Apparently this is not currently possible but would be a nice feature.
