CRM App for Outlook appointment tracking must be enabled

At the moment App for Outlook tracks only emails to CRM but a full feature for calendar ectivity tracking is needed.
Otherwise all users need to use the full Outlook client to track both email and appointment activities.

Email Engagement

The ability to turn on email engagement is nice. However, it only allows you to turn it on and automatically follow when sending a direct email. It would be very beneficial to allow this option when sending emails in bulk or via a marketing list.
