We have defined internal companies with the employees in order to send them internal marketing communications marketing and newsletters. When we track an email, due to the contact person email address is recognized in CRM, the email is linked to this internal company. That means that you are nearly able to read all emails if you go to this account.

The idea is to be able to define when to "ignore" the company domain for tracking emails in the contact person. i.e in the customizing, be able to define the company domains that must be "ignored" in the contact persons for tracking.
