A user can pin the Dynamics pane in Outlook for sent and received emails. This feature is not available when composing new emails.

Acceptance Criteria

A user can create a new email in Outlook and upon clicking 'New Email' the Dynamics Outlook Add-In is immediately visible; the user does not need to click on the 'D' icon to open the pane.
