Hi, many Dynamics users including myself would like to have a possibility to set an email regarding against more than one record of an entity (e.g., an email that is linked to more than one Opportunity or an Account) and to more than one entity at a time (e.g., the same email would go on a Timeline of both an Opportunity -- or Opportunities -- or an Account(s).
