Allow Testsend for confirmation emails
Currently it is not possible to use the "Test send"-functionality when creating a confirmation email for the DOI-process. According to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/form-double-opt-in#create-a-subscription-confirmation-request-message this is a planned behavior. The wor...
The form level double opt-in should have a switch to trigger on “subscription list” as the global double opt in works.
I have multiple customer complaining about this functionality. And my team, the customers and myself think that the functionality is currently not the best offer for a Microsoft product since it is providing business solutions and the functionality needs to be more flexible and multilingual. ---...
Leverage Label Colors on Marketing List Entity
Hello,
We are eager to utilize the advanced capabilities of the new Power Apps Grid control, particularly its ability to showcase label colors on Optionsets. Regrettably, this functionality appears to be unavailable for the Marketing List entity at present.

Automatically map consent record value in Bulk Email field for corresponding contact or lead
Currently when consent record is created for particular email address, Bulk Email field for corresponding contact/lead is not updated. It may happen that contact opted out, and that is recorded in consent register, but Bulk Email field is still set to Allow. This can be confusing for users, an...
Double opt-in, Contact email field should change to 'Allow' when confirmed.
When double opt-in is enabled and a person confirms their subscription via the confirmation email, the 'Do not allow bulk emails' field on the Contact record should update to 'Allow'. Currently, if you set that field value to 'Do not allow' by default then the Contact will be added to the subscr...
Consent Center - Load consent automatically for LEADS
Since 2022 release wave 2, we are able to use Leads in Real-time Marketing journeys without having a Contact associated to it (no qualification needed).
Make link to Subscription Center on Marketing Email optional
We send both external and internal communications using Dynamics 365 for Marketing. We do not want people to unsubscribe from internal communications, it would be nice to not have to include the link on these emails, the only workaround we have for this currently is trying to hide the link.
This feature was implemented in real time maketing - we allow now to delete unsubscribe link and company address fields (eg to replace our OOB Preference center with the link to your 3rd party consent platform - or to add another custom field with legal address instead our default company address field). You will still get warnings when publishing this email but it is not blocking you any more.
Allow feedback for why a customer is opting out
When someone is unsubscribing we want to understand why that is.
Under the option to choose "I no longer want to receive newsletter" I want feedback questions so that we can improve our communication. This data could be stored under the form and we could later use when creating powerbi ...
To facilitate users to filter consent records based on compliance profile.
The consent records screen lacks a column to indicate compliance profile. Though the filters appear to have a field to search based on the compliance profile lookup field, it does not seem to be functioning as acknowledged even by the Microsoft support person.
Allow a hierarchical structure for subscription lists
Ideally customer should be able to opt in/out of different lines of business in a hierarchical manner when a company has many lines of business e.g. NFP works with the community in many ways - each line of business wants a more fine grained subscription than just all in or all out So I could sub...
Thank you for your feedback. This is a great suggestion! We will consider this in our roadmap. Sincerely, Kevin Woley, Microsoft

Load Consent is now able to create consent records based on the lead records in the system, in addition to supporting contacts and marketing/subscription lists.
