Ideally customer should be able to opt in/out of different lines of business in a hierarchical manner when a company has many lines of business e.g. NFP works with the community in many ways - each line of business wants a more fine grained subscription than just all in or all out
So I could subscribe for Supported Living and Pre-School - then within that confirm what level of info I want rather than being all in/all out or having to tick 10000s of boxes
Supported living
- Newsletter
- Availability
- Special offers
Residential aged care
- Newsletter
- New builds
- Special offers
Pre-school
- Newsletter
- Related services
Fostering
- Getting acreditied
- Newsletter
- Ongoing support
Youth Services
- Activities
- Newsletter
- etc.

Thank you for your feedback. The Subscription List functionality has been replaced by Topics and Purposes, which already have the hierarchical structure. Sincerely, Petr Jantac, Microsoft
