Currently when consent record is created for particular email address, Bulk Email field for corresponding contact/lead is not updated. It may happen that contact opted out, and that is recorded in consent register, but Bulk Email field is still set to Allow. This can be confusing for users, and what is more can influence Customer Insights - Journey - In this scenario email will be sent because Bulk Email field is still Allow. It would be good to provide automation and adjust the value of Bulk Email field when consent record is changed.

Agreed! The issue described here is that real-time marketing currently checks the "Do Not Allow Bulk Email" field as part of the consent process. Suppose a customer updates their contact information using the preference center page. In that case, their contact point consent records will be updated, but the "Do Not Allow Bulk Email" field will not be updated. This could result in a customer receiving marketing messages even though they have opted out of receiving them. This would be a great OOB feature.

This feature is very important. It is necessary for many marketeers to see on the lead or contact if they are opted in or opted out. This os not possible so now they have to check the consent center which is time consuming for them. Also if a lead opts out this is not reflected on the lead form, so if they afterwards qualify this lead and create a contact, the contact will show that they are allowed to recieve bulk emails even though they are actually opted out. The consent center and the allow bulk email field should be in sync otherwise it is confusing for the user.
