Leave and Absence - Ability to add a comment when making an adjustment
When making an adjustment, it would be nice to add a comment. It is useful when you want to keep track of the reason of the adjustment.
Allow manager/HR to update absence
Frequently a manager/HR may need to update an absence request for an employee (e.g. when they phone in sick). The solution should provide functionality for a manager/HR to update an employee's absence plan, and for conditionality to exist within a workflow for this to be auto-approved.
Feature has been released
Remove default legal entity in "Manager absence calendar"
"Manager absence calendar" page is defaulting the Legal Entity, which means Managers can't see the calendars of direct reports in other legal entities. Can we please remove that default and make calendars of direct reports visible independent of the legal entity the managers is signed into?
Additional time off request filters
In the time off request screen, you are able to see all of the transactional details for leave requests. However, you cannot search by leave type, submission date, or start/end date. This would be very helpful for HR review/reconciling processes.

Hourly leave accrual needs 4 decimals

Display the correct accrual amount when FTE is taken into account
