Microsoft has released new functionality in Leave type where we can enable Restrict access to selected roles to some roles and these roles can only request on behalf of employee. This is absolutely working fine where employee can neither see any balance nor request for that leave type. Microsoft show allow the employee to view the requests atleast though system restrict him/her to request for the leave type. Example: my HR can enrol me under Jury service leave type and can request leave on behalf of me. But I should be able to see those requests from ESS. My manager should know when I will be on leave and am on for which leave type.
