One request a number of clients have made would be to introduce automated leave balance calculation based on Position FTE. Currently once enrolled in Leave Plans, the maximum balance will apply based on accrual rules, and a number of part time employees could be given the accruals of a full time employee (the work around is to create number of leave plans with difference leave values based on the different types of part time types). If leave accrual calculated based on FTE, part time employees and full time employees could be enrolled in the same leave plan, and the accrual amounts would differ based on the FTE noted in their Position.

Also in the Netherlands a lot of customers would like to see this functionality as soon as possible.
In the Netherlands a lot of employees are working part-time.
The automate accrual calculation is currently not working for all their part-time employees.
