Ability to change leave plan name

An ability to change a plan name whenever its needed. At the moment if for any reason we have added the year to a leave plan name (e.g. Annual Leave 2020) and for next year we would want to change it, to this year or remove the year its impossible to change the plan name.

Employees should not be able to apply for leave after their enrollment in the leave plan is expired

The current design of the system is allowing employees to apply for their leave plan in the future even though their enrollment ends before the request date. Balance Adj. Correction for Leavers

As soon as we add an end date to a worker, his/her balance should be corrected accordingly. To be fair, I don't understand why that isn't done already when the accrual policy is set to prorated at unenrollment.

Remove Half Day Option

We should be able to deactivate the half day leave option as this possibility does not exist in some countries. In the leave parameters, we can only enable half day definition. We should also be able to remove the half day option the same way.
