Fixed Term leave pro-ration

When hiring employees who are working on a fixed term contract (the employment end date is populated upon creation), it would be nice for Leave accruals to pro rate the leave amount based on end date as well as start date if possible.

Remove leave days with blank amount from the list

After a leave request was approved, the employee opened the request and deleted one day then resubmitted the request. A one line request went to the Manager looking like a normal leave request but with blank days. The deleted day remains in the list of leave days but with blank amount. The calc...

Compute the new probation date when a leave is taken

We would like to know some probation period information and how to configure it. In France, the end of the probation period is computed as follow : end date = start date + 4 months - leaves If the probation period is renewed, then end date = start date + 8 months - leaves

Working Patterns

HR view of absence

The solution would benefit from allowing HR to drill down into an employee's absence transactions and see what has been requested/approved and the amount outstanding.

Enable view of leave balances from Employee Interface after Employee has been terminated

When an employee is terminated, the leave balances are no longer viewable to HR / System Admin. Enable view of leave balances from Leave > View time off, on the Employee Interface ribbon after Employee has been terminated.
