When hiring employees who are working on a fixed term contract (the employment end date is populated upon creation), it would be nice for Leave accruals to pro rate the leave amount based on end date as well as start date if possible.

This functionality is not only needed for fixed term contracts. Furthermore for every employee which is terminated (once we know the exact date) should be the possibility to adjust the leave accrual. It would be cool to have it similar as during the enrollment where it can be specified if it is based on the actual employment start date or the adjusted start date a.s.o., e.g. termination date, last day worked, a.s.o.
