The solution would benefit from allowing HR to drill down into an employee's absence transactions and see what has been requested/approved and the amount outstanding.

In what entity table is this approval/requested/denied status kept? I don't find it in the LeaveRequest, LeaveBankTrans nor the Workflow entities in order to run it out to Excel. LeaveRequest only shows the status of Completed meaning the workflow is done.
