Currently, the reversal procedure is: 1. Go to approved time-off 2. Select single/multiple records 3. Click update time-off 4. Select each record > then change/remove the amount value 5. Submit the record This is fine if the reversal is to be updated for single or couple of days. For bulk record update, this is not a user friendly way to reverse. Ex: Employee submitted maternity from 1/10/2019 till 31/4/2020. Then employee decided to go for maternity from 20/10/2019, then reversing those 15-20 days will be cumbersome. This will be a pain to the reversals of bulk records.
