We would like to know some probation period information and how to configure it.
In France, the end of the probation period is computed as follow :

end date = start date + 4 months - leaves
If the probation period is renewed, then end date = start date + 8 months - leaves

In Italy we have a similar law:
Probation period is 3 months this means that for full time workers that are 60 days where he actual worked. That is why we would also need a functionality what prolongs the probation period in case of sickness/holiday and any other full day leave (not in case he takes only some hours off).
