CRM 2013 - Option 'none' under System settings for 'Set default telephony provider'
There should be an option called 'none' under System Setting > 'Set default telephony provider' so that a user who do not wish to use Lync or Skype must not get the hyperlink on default field 'Phone'.

It isn�t usefull for customers, because they must wait up to 6 seconds until a window load the data, until a search query gives result up to 4 seconds, until a form loaded up to 12 seconds...really not usefull for commercial activity.
better performance would be great.

If tracking token option is enabled from CRM Web client, it starts adding tracking token id in the email subject line. There should be an option to hide the tracking token Id.
