In CRM, for those who do not want to use autodial via lync or Skype, should have an option to disable the feature completely via System Settings

Users who do not wish to use either Skype or Lync to make calls directly from CRM, but instead want to integrate a third party application in order to make calls should have an option to disable these options.
That is we should have an option 'None' in the System Settings to disable the 'Set Telephony Provider'.
