If tracking token option is enabled from CRM Web client, it starts adding tracking token id in the email subject line. There should be an option to hide the tracking token Id.

We have brought a new department of our company onto CRM D65 and this is a major issue. They've seen their email response rates drop and they feel it's because they are either being caught by spam filters or customers think they're spam and don't open/respond. Having the token tracked elsewhere or be invisible would be preferential i.e. placed at the bottom of the body, or even in the subject but make it white font so it's invisible.
