Emails not available in sent folder of OWA
When using server side synchronization to send and receive emails from CRM online organization, emails are not saved in Sent folder of OWA(Outlook web app) when we send emails.
Currency Feild Fades when base language is Hebrew
When base language of CRM is in Hebrew, whatever data we enter in Currency field the first digit Fades away.
Example:- we enter 5123400, we see 123400. 5 fades away.
Assign record gives error
This happen only for users with SalesPerson security role.
When we Assign a record to another user, from the form using the Assign button in the ribbon, the record is assigned but the user gets a credentials error.
User does not get error when assigning a record from view.
Tacking token value not required in subject line of an email
If tracking token option is enabled from CRM Web client, it starts adding tracking token id in the email subject line. There should be an option to hide the tracking token Id.
Not able to get the records in ascending order while looking up records for campaigns under lead entity
Open a lead form > click on lookup view for source campaign > click on look for more records > all the records are sorted in descending order.
However while navigating to Settings > Customization > Customize the system > Expand entity > Expand entity name ‘campaign’ > Clicked on View

When you create any appointments in outlook which conflict with each other, those appointments are not getting synchronize with CRM.
We get the error "A scheduling conflict was found when saving appointment"
We should be able to synchronize and save conflicting appointments.
The maximum number of folders you can track is 25 while using folder level tracking
Need to increase the number of folder more than 25.
An option should be available which notifies which emails have entered in CRM web client from Outlook and OWA without tracking it manually
