Send feedback - ability to disable some email recipients

When sending feedback, email notifications are sent out automatically to both managers and the person who receives the feedback. It would be helpful if the individual notifications could be switched on/off if company doesn't require certain parties to receive emails every time feedback is sent...

Current status: goal created by the manager/employee can be edited to its Completed status at any time Required status: be able to prevent the change of the set goal for employees which were created by the manager

Do not allow complete date to be in the future for goals & activities

Currently, when completing Goals or Activities, the complete date can be set to be in the future which shouldn't be the case. Suggestion is to remove the ability to allow future dates to be entered or provide parameter to control this feature.

Goal weights to not have decimals

The suggestion is to remove decimal places for goal weights in reviews as an unnecessary detail. Or at least, please give users the option in parameters to not have them if not needed. Thank you
