Editing or deleting defined goals in a completed review should not be permitted.

Currently, the system allows employees to edit goals within completed reviews (the best example would be planning objectives task). However, it is not intended for these to be edited once the manager has completed the task.

Ability to add another user to contribute to Review

If there is a feedback required from another user (another hierarchy manager), it would be practical if they could contribute to the review content (adding comments for example).

Ability to conduct 360 assessments/peer reviews by individual employees throughout the organization. Note that Performance journal and Feedback are existing product capabilities that could be used as a basis to develop that feature.

HR Performance journals and Notes don't exist on any data entity

Performance Review Entity additional fields

The entity extract for Performance reviews does not include the competencies or the manager/employee score. This would be really useful for reporting purposes so it would be great to get a report that could include this additional detail.
