HQ debit and credit orders are not showing consistently in eCommerce

On B2B eCommerce, the display invoices view does not display credit orders (invoices with negative amount), it only shows the debit orders (invoices with positive amounts).
This is misleading information for the customer and causes additional questions and workload for the customer service team.
Back with release 10.0.35 both debits and credits were excluded from the invoice page in Ecom. Since 10.0.38 only debits are displayed on the Ecom invoice page; credits are not displayed.
We either need to show debit and credit orders or none of them.

Add support for using customer number sequence Manual in B2B Ecommerce prospect creation

I would like to propose the idea to allow the customer number sequence creation in Manual for B2B Ecommerce prospects creation. Right now, according to Microsoft documentation this has to be set to Automatic, while setting this to Manual is returning an error with the following message: "Customer number sequence set to Manual. Customer could not be created"
We prefer to keep in control the customer creation process, our AR team has been doing this for a while but for B2B scenarios is not possible.

View call centre sales orders from the payments

Payment methods are configured per call centre channel to allow processing sales order and take customer payments.
Navigate to
- All call centre (Retail and Commerce > Channels > Call centres > All call centres)
- In action pane, Under setup tab and setup group, click Payment methods
- In the payment methods screen, select a payment method and click Payment transactions.
Notice, that the payment transaction only shows all the payment transactions from store, but it doesnt show sales orders created via call centre thought they are also called Retail sales (Retail sales checkbox is marked yes for such orders).
It would be great if we can see sales orders per payment method used in call centre (like we can see store payment transactions) or have a way to filter out orders paid via certain payment method.

BOM Journal creation for returned kit items in POS

When a kit item is sold in the POS, system creates a BOM journal and uses the components' stock. However, when the kit item is returned, the system does not create a BOM journal and only returns the kit item to stock, leading to incorrect stock values for the components.
Customer Scenario:
- A kit item is sold in POS, and the system creates a BOM journal, using the components' stock.
- When the kit item is returned in POS, the system does not create a BOM journal, and only the kit item is returned to stock.
- This results in the components' stock not being updated correctly, causing discrepancies in inventory management.
Customer Expectations:
- The system should create a BOM journal during the return process of a kit item in POS to ensure that the components' stock is updated correctly.

In specific business scenarios, customers want to limit the earned loyalty points per card per month to a specific number.
For example, a customer can only earn 1 million points per month, without expiring.
This is crucial to prevent loyalty fraud, manage financial liabilities, and encourage redemption.

Training Mode / Test Mode at POS Register

During a recent project, this request was made by the customer.
Unfortunately, there is no easy way to set a register to a training mode, e.g. to train employees without making inventory and financial postings.
To do this, a new store with the corresponding setups must first be created at considerable expense in order to then set up a demo register.
I would like to have two simple functionalities here:
- the possibility to put an existing register in the Store Commerce app into training mode by clicking on a corresponding training mode button to be able to perform training there. Ideally, the visual appearance of Store commerce app should change during training mode so that the training mode is easily recognizable.
- the possibility to switch a register in the D365 setup to a test mode / training mode via a boolean switch. This allows HQ staff to test their settings on the PROD environment and use an identical POS as the stores (without the detour via the UAT).
In my estimation, all customers with whom I have worked on retail projects with D365 so far would want to use these functions.
So MS, make it happen 8-)

Store Commerce App available for Windows Kiosk Mode

We used MPOS with a Windows Kiosk account locked down to just run MPOS. When we upgraded to Store Commerce, we lost the option to add the Store Commerce App in the Windows Kiosk mode drop down set up. Can we get this re-added so we can move away from everyone having to log into Windows with their AAD account? We manage 850 registers.
