Store Sales report displays no data when Category is populated because RetailTransactionSalesTrans is not populated when transaction is created for Online sales or Customer order sales

After a eCommerce order or a Customer order is placed in POS, when you go to Retail and Commerce > Inquiries and Reposts > Store sales, populate a date range and mark all transactions, the Category has no data.
Cash and Carry transactions for the same item does have a Category populated. This is true even when you added the item to the cart by navigating to the navigation hierarchy and add the item.
Because the Category is not populated, you cannot filter the report on Category.

Max limit on the Mix and match discounts

For Mix and match discount, there's not way to setup a max limit on the lines when configuring a Line specific (mix and match discount).
It would be great to have the limit field which is on the simple discount to be available on Mix and match discount.
The business requirement for this was when the business asked me to setup a Buy 1 of X and get 1 (upto 3) of Y for 20% off.
Buy 2 of X and get 4 (upto 6) of Y for 20% off.
Mix and match allow you to setup Buy 1 of X and get 1 of Y for 20% but in my case, it can be Buy 1 of X and 2 of Y and get 20% off and also buy 1 of X and 3 of Y to get 20%.
Current, mix and match setup only allow us to setup Buy 1 of X and 1 of Y for 20% off. or or Buy 1 of X and 2 of Y for 20%.

Inquiry regarding the ability to prevent price overrides on specific SKUs/items within the Retail and Commerce module. The customer wants to have the ability to stop the register from allowing price overrides on certain SKUs/items, plus the process to set it up. Basically, a way to enforce pricing rules at the product level to prevent unauthorized price changes.

when trying to switch Store Commerce App to offline

Error when customer is trying to switch store commerce offline
The user logs into POS and changes the password, then log into another POS register (from a different device) and is trying to switch to offline. Customer wants to login into offline mode after successfully login to Online mode
Basically customer want it to work like this. Any time I sign in to POS in online mode successfully, then set (reset) my credentials encrypted credentials in the offline database to the values I just used. By doing this I will always be able to log in in offline mode after I successfully login in online mode.

Unfold comment fiels

We need a unfolded comment field in the check-out process.
We believe that having the comment field always visible would enhance the user experience.
There is a huge disadvantage of hiding the field - our customers will not see that a comment field is existing when hitting the checkout and, if the customers discovered that there is a hidden field, he/she has additionally do one more click to open the field.
In an eCommerce world aiming for fewer clicks, the hidden comment field is not really an advantage.
Can you please configure this comment field module as unfolded instead of being hidden for the customer.

Ability to Cancel the Sales order using an API

Approval workflows for prices orderline and new discounts.

General approval processes for prices for F&O in general. Linked to Unified Pricing capabilities in F&O.
Add the capability to turn on approvals for unit price or/and discount on for sales order/quotation.
Users that change prices manually on order would need to send changes through approval workflow.
Another request would be approval workflow for new price components such as discount, before an discount can be enabled a workflow must be run for approval, approval process activated as a parameter.

With the new Unified Pricing and the Pricing module, add capabilities to store competitors prices and run a comparison report on your prices compared to the competitors.
Add the ability to store on item record and to view from orderline.

Price Checker Scan and go for customers to use

The customer wants to Add a price checker as the customer is capable of scanning the items through a barcode scanner and then the price of this item appears to him and the screen returns to its original view without needing any customer efforts as clicking or choosing certain options to minimize customer efforts and save time for customers to check for prices from the staff side. this will help for a better customer experience and time saving from both sides rewrite this in a better way.
