Import Inspections from Excel
Suggested by Pierre Hulsebus – New – 0 Comments
We have customers with thousands of inspections that exist in Excel, Word, or SQL tables. The current model has them effectively manually recreating those inspections by hand. If we could provide an Excel Template to put the inspections into then import them it would allow for some automation for migration projects.
So we would like an Excel Template to be made available as an import utility for inspections.

Unify Service Tasks, Inspection Questions, Property Logs onto one Inspection Form
Suggested by AllThings MS – New – 0 Comments
Background Technicians perform inspections where they gather data (Property Log), complete tasks (Service Task) and perform Pass/Fail tests (Inspection Question). Property Logs associated with the Asset capture deltas and trends and can be enhanced via IoT. Service Tasks acknowledge work done and time spent. Inspections Questions track pass/fails based on a setpoint or standard.
Â
All steps need to be pre-populated on one form in the correct order the Technician checks them. The order of the steps will be determined by the process flow and could be a mix of Property Logs, Service Tasks and Inspections Questions.
Â
Issue: The current Inspection form cannot dynamically display related Service Tasks and Property Logs, requiring technicians to change form factors during an inspection as well as requiring custom reporting to display inspection answers in a logical format.
Â
Request: Enable Inspection designer at Incident Level.
- Inspection Developer determines what Service Tasks fields show on the Inspection by choosing a system form.
- Inspection Developer determines what Property Log fields show on the Inspection by choosing a system form.
- Inspection Developer drag and drop Incident Service Tasks and Incident Property Logs on Inspection designer.Â

Clone a Work Order
Suggested by Elaine Markley – New – 0 Comments
In our business a cancelled activity that needs rebooking or one that needed rescheduling is as important as completed activity. rather than moving the work order on the scheduling board and losing site of attempts could there be an option to clone a work order and all entity information linked to it. -

Suggested by Vikesh Manikandan Jayaraman – New – 0 Comments
Customized Theme reflected in Field Service App in Windows version, but this theme not reflected in Android Field service app.
It seems MS have limitation to display theme in Power Apps Field Service app.
Hope this will be fixed in upcoming releases.

Adaptable columns and filters in scheduling board (like e.g. in the work order view)
Suggested by Thomas Kern – New – 0 Comments
Hi,
In the lower part of the schedule boards defined work orders are displayed.
The views only can be changed by customizing them.
Â
It would be helpful to have the same function for views as in the areas of work orders or bookings.
They can be adjusted very flexible (columns, filters,…) and shared with other users.
Thanks - Thomas

Allow users to hide hover popups completely in schedule board
Suggested by Kenny Tang (WICLOUD CORPORATION) – New – 0 Comments
When users hover their mouse over a task on the schedule board, a popup appears to display the task's details. While this feature can be helpful, some users find it frustrating as the popup can obstruct their view, making it difficult to reschedule tasks by dragging and dropping.
To enhance user experience, it would be advantageous to introduce an option to disable these hover popups entirely. This would empower users to manage their tasks more efficiently and provide the flexibility to choose whether or not to display the hover popup.

Allow CoPilot in the Field Service app the same functionality as in Customer Service
Suggested by Ian Podmore – New – 0 Comments
In the Customer Service app a user can ask CoPilot questions that relate to Knowledge Base Article content and receive an AI reply based upon the Knowledge Base Article content in the system.
In the Field Service App the CoPilot functionality appears to be limited to counting records and similar basic actions except for Work Order summaries.
Technicians in Field Service would massively benefit from being able to ask questions and have AI responses from Knowledge Base Articles to assist them in resolving issues on machines.

let us set "show assets" on Functional Location Tree PCF to true on default
Suggested by Jerome jerome.schauberger@bwt-group.com – New – 0 Comments
At the moment you have to activate "show assets" on the new pcf for functional location tree every time you want to check the functional locations assets. It would be great to be able to default this option to being checked (or not)
