Dynamics 365 Field Service

Configurable multi select for subgrids across D365 so that we can restrict user actions on subgrids from being taken on multiple records. Example scenario: On Work Order form, user should not be able to select multiple Work Order Service Tasks and deactivate.

There doesn't seem to be any option of bulk editing multiple records, at least not on Windows or Android tablet view mobile app clients. For example, editing multiple Asset records to update certain properties.

There can be multiple types of breaks in a schedule for instance long break and short break. Currently, segregation of breaks or any other event does not exist in scheduling feature. For users, who have clear distinction between different types of breaks or any other working and/or non-working event, there is no support to add description as well. Making event types configurable or adding description field for all events can improve usability and experience.
