    Longer field name in mobile application

    When using the IOS mobile application, the lookup fields are rather small. If the lookup has a medium long name, we only see a part of it. In the Android application, the field "jumps down" under the display name wich is a more plessant experience.

    Consistent time format in hourly view

    If the 24h time format is used generally (0-24h), the schedule board hourly view is using that format in the columns that represent the hours. If the zoom of the hourly view is set to 50 or 60 the time is presented in the 12h format (0-12 AM/PM). To optimize user experience a consistent behavior of the time format in the schedule board hourly view would be great.

    Recurring appointment booking

    We should have feature to add recurring booking on basis of predefine frequency setup for incident type and preference set by customer . this will help organizations to have better visibility for upcoming month resource utilizations .man power alignment , inventory planning and in medical fields this will give a better output to customer for ex - if customer consumed these sessions within predefine timeframe they will have a better output for the treatment . this also have a better user experience for user where in one click they have a planner for the customer's . this will be very powerful feature for the spa ,saloon ,medical industry .

    Global schedule board view settings

    When accessing the schedule board within the work order via the button "book", the default board view settings are not stored.

    Every time the user has to change the settings (timezone, etc.) again.

    On example is the difference between the time zone in the workorder and the displayed time zone in the schedule board.

    For the future it would be very helpful if there could be the option to have s.th.like global board view settings which are also applicable when accessing the schedule board from a work order.

    Open Bookings from Schedule Board in separate Tab

    Currently, when you open a booking from the Schedule Board, an overlay with the booking is displayed.

    However, it is not possible to edit items associated with the booking. You can click "Open in new window"

    on the overlay and open the booking in a separate tab. Then you can edit the booking and all the elements

    associated with it, but the overlay remains active on the planning board and you have to click on a message

    to leave the page and close the overlay to return to the planning board.

    If you accidentally click OK instead of Cancel on the leave site message, the Schedule Board will close completely

    and you will have to reload it.

    Clicking OK does get you back into the planning board, but it is very cumbersome and requires many more

    clicks than necessary and is not acceptable for someone who has to work with it on a daily basis.


    It would be great if there was an option in the field service settings to double-click to open bookings directly

    in a new tab without the overlay appearing at all.

    Be able to add picture / video / hyperlink as question reference

    Hi


    Inspection function is really a great one. However, during actual usage, time after time it happens that we need to add some guideline towards question built, for user be able to give right answer, not only via text.


    Can we further improve the function that allow user to add picture / video / hyperlink link to question? so when user try to fill in the answer before, he/she can just click to see what is the guideline.


    This will be really good.

    Inspections and Asset Property being used together

    Inspections and Asset Properties overlap when it comes to inspections on an asset. As part of an inspection, you may want to record some property values. For the field Tech you would want to keep things simple so having them leave an inspection to go to the asset and fill in properties is not ideal. Also you may have tasks not related to an inspection where asset properties are needed but some of those properties may be on inspections.


    So to get a holistic view being able to capture Asset Properties on the inspection form would be great. The ability to bring in the asset property field onto the inspection and use the field there to keep the inspection together would be great. Then updating the asset properties so it displays in the normal area as well.


    Actually, if this is too limited. the ability to use a field from Dynamics 365 on the inspections, in general, would be great. The key would be having a way to update another record in return whether it was the asset properties or some details on another record. Ideally in a way that the end client can make this change.

    Allow custom HTML/CSS for booking cards on Daily, Weekly and Monthly view

    Currently, when you set custom HTML/CSS for booking cards, the changes only take effect on the hourly view. A common request from our clients is the ability to customise the daily, weekly and monthly views in the same way.


    Without this, the booking cards are almost useless for clients where a typical booking spans over multiple days and a view other than the hourly view is used.

    bookable resource booking entity isnt available for the Dataverse Search

    Users are unable to add "Bookable Resource Booking" entity to the Data verse Search.


    Issue Repro Steps:

    -> Go to make.powerapps.com/

    ->In the left pane, select "Solutions"

    -> scroll to the down as you see Default Solution and open it.

    -> In the left pane, on the top click on the ellipses (3 lines)

    -> select the option - "Overview"

    -> In the Data verse Search section, click on Manage search Index.

    -> In the Select tables to index for Data verse search, search for "bookable resource booking"

    -> You can see no bookable resource booking is found.


    Expected:

    ============

    User should be able to add/ enable "Bookable resource booking" for data verse search.


    Actual:

    ==========

    User was unable to find/add "bookable resource booking " in the Select tables to index for Data verse search.


    Feature Ask:

    In the Work Order page, when Equipment Part/ Components have issues, they are usually Repaired/Fixed/Replaced by Field Technicians on site can enter the Root Cause reasons specific for the part in the field box so that OEMs can view centrally and get a full list of parts failure analysis coming out of their products globally from all locations and territories and analyze and rectify and improve the product inhouse R&D team. This builds up database for Parts/Components Root Cause failure Analysis.
