Ability to schedule RSO runs on a particular day of each month

We run monthly RSO jobs to schedule preventative maintenance work and would love to have a way to schedule these runs on a particular day each month, on the 22nd of each month as an example.

Prefilled fields

Hi,
Would it be possible to have prefilled fields, such as the date, and other info directly pulled out from the work order owner (name of engineer that imported the form, serial number the work order relates to, etc).
Also, customized template layout really is a big thing - the template could be use to prove the job was done as per the manufacturer recommendations/specification, but nowhere can we place the manufacturer logo, or customized style. Oh, and page numbers would be great too.

Barcode function - Can it be used by a cellphone/tablet camera?

Hi I looked at the barcode option but couldn't find information about it, and in Preview mode it is grayed out - perhaps it is because I have no USB scanner connected on my laptop? But that would be great to scan the barcode off a label using a cellphone/tablet camera.
Please advise how we can use this feature, thanks in advance!

Transferring questions from one page to another

Right now, we need to create a new question in the other page, and modify the Logic it relates to.

Enable Work Orders to be created for Agreements that are under renewal (have an associated draft/active quote)

If an Agreement is under a renewal quote, open Agreement Booking Dates that have not already had a work order created, do not create the work order. These Booking Dates are still valid, regardless of whether there is an active quote for the Agreement. The quote is for the next renewal and should not impact the current agreement.

Recalculate Travel Time when Bookings are canceled or deleted

Travel Time for Bookable Resource Bookings are calculated when Work Orders are booked (created or moved) via the Schedule Board. However, when Bookings are canceled or deleted, the travel time for subsequent Bookings are not recalculated automatically.
Ideally, the Travel Time for Bookings following a canceled or deleted Booking are recalculated automatically.

Field service work order integrate with contact

Account selection is mandatory to create work order, all our business cases are work order related to contacts. we sell insurance products, tyre, and batteries directly to our contacts, not accounts.
we can create opportunities, and cases for a contact but I am not able to create a work order for a contact. Currently we have 2.8 million contacts and we don't want to create some dummy 2.8 million accounts for contacts.
This feature will resolve our business needs.

Yes/No column formatted as Checkbox

When using the "New look", it is currently not possible to display a "Yes/No" field asa checkbox in the "New look". The only possibility that exists is the default "Yes" or "No" dropdown. When reverting to the "Old look", the functionality for displaying a "Yes/No" field as a checkbox is implemented.
Generally speaking, the formatting options for a "Yes/No" field is missing in the "New look" and would be nice to have implemented.

Manually create Bookings should inherit duration from Work Order

Oftentimes you have to create a booking manually from the workorder without going through the schedule board or assistant. The typical use case is where a 3rd party performs the work. They assign their techs on their own system and then just tell you the resource and date. To see these on the scheduler you have to create a booking manually from the WO.
When doing so the WO's total estimated duration does not get inherited by teh booking and so you have to enter it manually. It is also not possible to configure this easily as a mapped field.
This behaviour should change so that the Booking inherits the duration from the work order as it does elsewhere.

Quick Search Limitation of 10,000 records

Currently, when we are doing the quick search on the work order list if the results are more than 10,000 it throws the error and stops. All of this happens at the backend so on UI side it looks like nothing is happening and the quick search does not bring back any results. It would be great if there is notification banner pop up at the top which tells the users about the limitation of the quick search. Anything like 'The resulting records are more than 10,000 and could not be shown' would be helpful. Also, if the first 10,000 records are shown that would be even better.
