Able to upload multiple photos at once
Currently the Android platform does not allow one to upload multiple photos at one time.

Grab the Geolocation data during a picture being taken
Having the GPS and Time Date information associated with photos captured allow the customer to sort and find pics near a specific location.

Put weather data in the work order
As much of the work is done outdoors, and we know the date, time and geolocation of the work, we should show a "Card" with the target location weather, at the least. Many of our customers will not perform outdoor work during thunderstorms, or when temp is too hot or too cold. Having this weather data in the UI would also help show the power of the Microsoft Platform.

Truck Routing, Oversized Vehicle, Hazardous material variables in the Travel time calculations.
Allow resources to have specific variables that can be passed through to the routing engine so routes and travel time calculations would be more accurate. Currently our solution is only using Optimistic Car Routes that does not account alternative routes that would take more time when driven by a truck.

Usage Based Maintenance Schedule
So many of our customers repair products based on hours of usage. replace belts at 300 hours, inspect something at 200 hours. We should have the ability to build maint schedules under products or assets which then automatically generate work orders or work order tasks when these Timers are met.

Negative Line items on Purchase Orders and Sales Orders
Purchase Order integration - does this allow for negative purchase orders? In FO they use negative PO lines or a PO with a specific type to allow for parts to be returned. Currently there is logic with Field Service that prevents us from accepting those negative lines. CDS but Dual Write cannot do conditional logic and in FO you can have a PO with both positive and negative lines. So in order to do this using the FS RTV - we would have to designate a business process for FO to not mix positive and negative lines. We would then need a PO type in FO to allow us to create a Dual Write filter to separate. To me, this seems like a lot of additional work to handle something that FO has a process for already. Hoping that the new integration maybe changes some of the plugin quantity enforcements in CDS. -
Minute View on the Schedule Schedule Board
Could we get a per minute granularity on the Schedule board. It seems like we can only get as granular as 5 minutes. -
Import Project Tasks From Excel / Microsoft Project File
Currently there is no way to import a big project task list from Excel or an existing Project File. So many of our customers are trying to migrate from Individual Microsoft Project files. -
Enable Guest Users for the Field Service Mobile App (PowerApps)
External / Guest user access is currently not a supported feature for model-driven apps in both the PA player and the FS Player. It is critical that guest accounts, which are mainly Technicians and mobile workers, have access to the Microsoft Field Service Mobile App. -
Allow the Technician to Edit the Photo before attachment to Note
Crop and Notation of the the photo to allow the tech to not specific issues on the picture. Highlighting areas of needed correction, danger, or damage. This feature exists in the Xamarin solution and should be feature parity with the Power Apps FSM.
