Only show weekdays (or lmited days) on the schedule board

Many companies do not schedule resources on the weekend, thus it would be helpful if we could hide these days completely on the schedule board. I would not fix this to Sat/Sun as some countries have different weekend days or companies might have entirely different working days.

Schedule Board - Optimize Day View

Scenario: we are planing service jobs in a heavy industry solution for multiple days! As soon as we choose the day view. This view shows on each resource / day cell an aggregation of the numbers of booked hours. We don't need to see the hours, we need to see the Service Job name! Like it is in the hours view. Using in the hours view does not work, because it is limited to 7 days! Please make it possible to deactivate the aggegration and adjust/customize the tile in the day view like it is already in the hours view

Field Service - Bookable Resource Start Position

Several customers have given the real world scenario that their Bookable resources will have different start and end locations each day.
This could be different regional offices, Hotels or their own house.
At the moment there is a limitation that you can only have you start and end location as 1 fixed place. At the moment we need to create a psudeo Bookable Resource Booking in to route correctly for that day

Better multiday overview

On the Field Service Schedule Board, by choosing the Days, Weeks or Months view, the information displayed is not enough for typical Field Service customer. The customer expects - like in the Hours-view - to see a work order overview.
This is not possible you need to expand every resource to be able to see this information. This is one click per resource is needed to expand the information.
The customer is concerned for the fact that by having a large quantity of resources, needs to do one click per resource to see the information for each one of them.
At the same time when expanded, it takes a lot of space per resource and you can only overview a few resources on one page.

Provide work hour and expense recording in Field Service. (Same like in PSA.)

PSA provides a great work hour and expense recording tool for resources.
A lot of customers are asking for the same functionality in Field Service!
We use the same resource entities, schedule Board in both products. Why it is not possible to record work hours and expenses related to a work order?

Show 4 instead of 3 Colums/Rows in Mobile Application for smarter operation

It will be very helpful to see 4 lines e.g. for Servicetask from each record, because there are important Informations like
Resource / Taskname / Customer Asset Number and Customer Asset Short Description to pick immediately the rigth task.

PDF creation for Microsoft Field Service Mobile App (Version 11.2.203.0

We urgently need back the pdf creation possibility in the Microsoft Field Service Mobile App (Version 11.2.203.0). All our reports base on that functionality. PDF creation was available in the former Microsoft Field Service Mobile App and it is available in the current non MS branded app.

List of open work orders as a Bing Map view

To switch from the pesky Woodford app to Field Service Mobile, I just need one more feature: The expiring Resco Mobile App can switch between open work orders as a list or as a map view. This map view is great. Use case: The service technician has completed his work orders in the early afternoon and is looking for another open work order in his area. Then he books it himself and drives there. I know there are add-on's to solve this, such as those from Powerobjects, but that is not the same look and feel as the other functionalities from Field Service Mobile. Is there anything planned? -
Toggle for "Update End Time" (Y/N) on the Booking Status

The current design of the BRB entity Booking Status updating the End Date/Time impacts our situation of wanting to complete a Booking with the Scheduled End Date/Time values. Currently when you complete a booking, it over-writes the End Date/Time value with a current datestamps Suggestion raised in conversation with Jason Cohen on Yammer: •Toggle for "Update End Time" (Y/N) on the Booking Status •Toggle for "Update Actual Arrival Time" (Y/N) •Toggle for "Update Start Time" (Y/N) •Toggle for "Pause Booking Journal" •Toggle for "Resume Booking Journal" •Toggle for "Split Booking when applied - Complete previous, create copy with new set as scheduled for right now" The problem is that the End Date/Time maps that value into the Work Order, Schedule Board and Invoice and which can lead to incorrect invoicing amounts and incorrect visibility in the Schedule Board I just want the option to have this setting so we don't have to implement complex workarounds Thanks, Dave -
Calculate travel time when using drag&drop on the schedule board

When a resource requirement is scheduled using the Schedule Assistant, the travel time is correctly calculated. However when using drag&drop, the booking gets created w/o any travel times. This inconsistent behavior often confuses user.
Suggestion: Unify the behavior (of course only if job is not location agnostic).
