Support web resources in the offline mode (Android and IOS)

Not having this functionality will have a direct negative impact on multiple Microsoft customers using the Field Service solution when trying to migrate over to the new Field Service mobile app. Scenario: When working with the Resco Mobile app, we were able to extend the mobile experience with custom CSS which was fully operational in both the Online and Offline modes of the mobile app. When trying to move to the new Field Service mobile app, the custom CSS is applied as expected in the online mode of the app but fails to work in offline. Not supporting web resources in the Offline mode is a known limitation (as described in https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/mobile-app/mobile-offline-capabilities#limitations) of the D365 for Phones for the IOS platform but it also seems to be the case for the new Field Service mobile (When tested on Android). Can Microsoft address this and enable the use of web resources for both online and offline on the ISO and Android platforms? -

Ability to show [Save & Close] button for Booking Recurrence (Monthly) on IE browsers

Unlike Google Chrome and Firefox, Internet Explore does not display [Save & Close] button on a form when setting Booking Recurrence for Monthly in the Field Service solution.
The button cannot be displayed or been cut off from the form.
It would be wonderful if you could fix this problem.

Fields Service cannot search resources if ‘Ignore Travel Time’ is not checked

Go to Field Service > Work Orders > SCHEDULE ASSISTANT on the ribbon.
In order to search resources from Work Orders by using Schedule assistant, you need to check into ‘Ignore Travel Time’.
If ‘Ignore Travel Time’ is not selected, the error shows up saying that ‘ONE OR MORE ERRORS OCCURRED’. This is quite troublesome.
Please look into the issue and the fix is needed for CRM users.

Inspections for Field Service Portal

In some scenarios, the Bookable Resources are Contacts (external subcontractors) who do not have access to the Dynamics 365 web/mobile. For those users, a portal solution is implemented to allow them to update their Booking, Work Order Service Task, etc. For those portal users, they will need the ability to include an inspection or inspections with the service but the inspection form custom control only renders in the model-driven app (web/mobile) but not on the portal.
It would be great if the inspection form custom control is supported on the Power Apps portal as well.

[Field Service] Ability to set change default view of Schedule Board

When you open Schedule Board of Field Service, you will see two types of default view depends on how to reach Schedule Board.
There is no feature to set default view.1. Open [Work Order] -> Click [BOOK]
Horizontal View
Schedule Assistant View <-default
Vertical View
2. Open [Field Service] -> Click [schedule Assistant]Horizontal View <-default
Vertical View
It would be nice to have an option to set default view of Schedule Board. -
Enable downloading of offline updates to continue even when iPad/iPhone is in sleep mode

Our maintenance workers are operating in locations where mobile connection is not available. As such they must download all the required data to their device at the start of the day so that they can work in offline mode later. Due to the amount of data, the initial downloading takes about 75 minutes and subsequent daily refresh can be up to 20 minutes. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 app on iPad will stop data download if the device is in sleep mode. Unfortunately all our company managed devices are pre-configured to lock up the screen after 2 minutes of inactivity. The only option our workers have at the moment is to keep their device awake by tapping it every now and then until the download is complete. Capability of your mobile app to download offline data in sleep mode in mobile devices will be highly beneficial to your customers. -
One should not be able to move completed work order on schedule board

Once a field worker has completed a work order and its status changes to Open - Completed, no one should be able to move the work order to another resource or time.

Editable filter in the scheduling board list view

Currently the filter is not configurable, it can only filter by client name. It would be great that we can configure the filtering criteria.

Bookable Resource Bookings in Interactive Service Hub

Having been involved in Field Service projects i have been asked by customers about Interactive Service for their new deployments but at the moment we are not able to give this as an option due to Bookable Resource Bookings not being allowed.
This for me will limit the uptake on ISH for any Field Service Customers, But by allowing it bring a new dimension to ISH and Field Services
