• Sharing just a specific survey

    Currently it seems that you are obliged to share a Project with all its Surveys when you want to share a Survey to collaborate with your colleagues. It would be useful to be able to share either a Project or just one Survey, not all Surveys under a Project.
  • Deleting a Survey

    When I create a new Project, CV automatically creates a new Survey under it and if I want to delete that automatically generated Survey, the system will delete also the Project. This is a nuisance as I would need to create a new Project where I would copy existing Surveys from other Projects and I do not need the original automatically generated blank Survey at all. But I cannot delete it as the system would delete also the Project. Deleting only Surveys should be allowed.
  • Classifying Surveys in alphabetical order

    Surveys should be able to be classified in alphabetical order under a Project.
  • Sending a Reminder to those who have not yet responded

    There should be a feature that allows you to send a Reminder to those respondents that have not yet responded the survey. I know this can be done with Power Automate but this should be as a basic feature also in the Customer Voice UI when sending the survey with e-mail sending option.
  • Showing averages instead of response distribution in ratings

    It would be useful to have in the Survey Reports section a view with Averages instead of response distribution whenever the question is a rating (e.g. scale 1-5, where 1=Not at all satisfied and 5=Very satisfied). I fully understand that Microsoft wants us to use Power BI for reporting but there are also "quick and dirty surveys" where we do not have time do those and in these cases it would be great to have averages in the Reports section whenever the question is a rating.
  • Recycle Bin

    There should be a recycle bin also in Customer Voice like there used to be in Forms Pro. It would be better that deleting a survey or a project is not immediately a permanent action, but instead the item would only be soft deleted and end up in the recycle bin from where it could be either permanently deleted or restored.
  • Survey specific settings e.g. end date should not be included when copying a survey template

    When copying a survey template the survey specific settings e.g. the survey's end date are also copied which means you need to remember to delete the settings before sending the survey you make based on the copy or you risk respondents will be unable to answer your survey if the end date is in the past. Therefore survey specific settings like end dates should not be copied when you copy a survey template.
  • Report link for External Users

    It would help distributing survey results to external users, if there was an open link that could be copied and sent to e.g. colleagues and / or vendors.
  • Moving multiple choice options and likert statements up and down

    It would be useful to be able to move a multiple choice question's options and likert question's statements up and down with arrows in the same way as questions may be moved up and down within the questionnaire.
  • Add "Not applicable / Can not say" option to Likert type questions

    Please, add to Customer Voice a "Not applicable / Can not say" kind of an option that can be added to Likert type questions.
